Corn dog recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of  your favourite Alberto's Meats Hotdog
  • 1 cup of Flour
  • 2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Extra flour to coat the hotdog
  • A block of Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)

Equipment

  1. Bowl
  2. Frying pan / Deep fryer
  3. Skewers

Instructions

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  2. Pour in the milk. Mix.
  3. Add the egg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Prepare your favourite Alberto's Meats Hotdog.
  5. Place a skewer in the hotdogs and coat them with flour
  6. (Optional) Use half of Alberto's Meats hotdog and half Mozzarella cheese; then coat with flour.
  7. Dip your hotdogs in the batter.
  8. Coat the hotdogs with bread crumbs.
  9. Fry in medium heat until golden brown.
  10. Serve and enjoy!

Get a taste if it!

This recipe is best served topped with a sugar coating, ketchup, and mustard.
