Corn dog recipe

Ingredients

1 pack of your favourite Alberto's Meats Hotdog
1 cup of Flour
2 tsp of Baking Powder
2 tbsp of Sugar
1 Egg
1 cup of Milk
Bread Crumbs
Extra flour to coat the hotdog
A block of Mozzarella Cheese (Optional)

Equipment

Bowl
Frying pan / Deep fryer
Skewers

Instructions

Sift together the dry ingredients.
Pour in the milk. Mix.
Add the egg. Mix until well combined.
Prepare your favourite Alberto's Meats Hotdog.
Place a skewer in the hotdogs and coat them with flour
(Optional) Use half of Alberto's Meats hotdog and half Mozzarella cheese; then coat with flour.
Dip your hotdogs in the batter.
Coat the hotdogs with bread crumbs.
Fry in medium heat until golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
