Hotdog Bibimbap

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of  your favourite Alberto's Meats Hotdog
  • Carrot
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Zucchini
  • Egg
  • Rice

Bibimbap Sauce

  • 2 1/2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar

Garnish

  • Sesame seed

Equipment

  1. Skillet/Bowl
  2. Cooking pan
  3. Strainer

Instructions

  1. Julliene your carrots and zuchini.
  2. Cut your mushrooms to your desire.
  3. Thinly cut your Albert's Meats Hotdogs.
  4. Sauté your carrots, zucchini and mushrooms individually in sesame oil and salt to taste.
  5. Blanch your spinach, drain, and season with sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
  6. Then, Sauté your Alberto's Meats hotdogs until it curls into a crescent.
  7. Combine all of your Bibimbap sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed; then set aside.
  8. Prepare your skillet/bowl with freshly cooked rice.
  9. Top with your cooked vegetables.
  10. Fry your egg in sesame oil and top on your arranged plate.
  11. Serve and enjoy!

This recipe is best served mixed with a spoon full of bibimbap sauce.
